A La Crosse resident called 911 around 3:30 a.m. to complain that she heard moaning coming from a vehicle parked near her house.
An officer responding to the call located the vehicle and noted that the windows were fogged up and it was rocking.
Puttkemery and Scott were found having sex in the back seat of the car. Both naked and in the middle of sex.

Accused by authorities of having sex in public

Police directed the naked couple to stop socializing and get dressed.

After five minutes had passed and the two had not left the car, the police opened the car door and saw that they had begun to have sex.
Puttkemery accused the police of ‘harassing’ him and tried to close the car door in the policeman’s face.
Standing outside the car naked, Puttkemery tried to explain his behavior: ‘You’re a man. You should understand. It’s a weekend of sexual enjoyment.’
Puttkemery was also charged with misconduct on top of lewd and barbaric conduct.
Both defendants are being held at the La Crosse County Jail ahead of a court hearing scheduled for Tuesday, according to the La Cross Tribune.
